I love the reliability of the products and I know that when I have the time to spend outside with my Grandson that we can fly without any headaches. I have several Holy Stone drones, everything from the micro drone to the mid-range with a 4K camera system.

One of the worst companies you could ever have to deal with you call customer service they have no knowledge of their equipment of what their job is or how to answer your questions they just go off of the little menu and repeat exactly the same thing over I've had five phone calls with them not a one of them could tell me anything about the product that I have which is mercury 3 couldn't tell me what motor was in it couldn't tell me what gear size was in it could tell me nothing and they cannot access the information you have to have an email for everything you do honestly one of the biggest jokes for a company that I've ever seen it in my life I'm pretty sure the people down at the AA meetings are 50 million times more smarter then the people answering the phones up there they got a half as product that can't stand up for crap discontinued my drone and now one with so many parts to it not only that they cannot cross over any of the part numbers or any pieces to another drone to figure out whether it works or not because of the incompetence of person that's on the other side of the phone 90% of the time you're going to wind up with somebody that cannot speak English for crap best recommendation save your money unless you really want spend it there and then go ahead and throw it in trash you'll still be smarter than the people on the phone I highly highly do not recommend these people and if you think that is going to be a great idea to buy one just go ahead and show her the corn cob up your kesterĥ Star Customer Service I have been a Holy Stone customer now for almost 2 years.
